The people working here are always pleasant, and even when they're really busy, in my experience, they'll go out of their way if you need it.

I've been to many Starbucks shops around the world, and this is my favorite. My family and I usually have several items in our order, and they take the time to make it right. They always greet new customers warmly as they walk in the door, even if the place is busy. They also are very willing to customize my drink without making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them (as I've experienced in other stores).

Store 13771 ordered drinks and breads in drive thru totaling 32.90 then I pulled up to the window and tried to order another drink. Everyone by the open drive thru window ignoring me. Even glancing over but not acknowledging my existence. After repeatedly saying excuse me & then resorting to honking still no one would help me. So I honked a little longer and barista Emily turned to me and said "Yeah what?!" with extreme hostility. I told her I was giving her store business and there is no reason to be rude to me and that I would like to speak to her manager. Emily said, "I don't have to put up with this" turned and ignored my multiple requests to speak with her manager. Another barista came to window who I informed I wanted to my money back and to speak with the manager. The manger named Chris did not apologize but questioned the validity of Emily saying anything rude to me. I told him to ask her because he was standing right next to her. She refused to look at him or me. Instead he told her to go to the back and said he can only comp me a drink and implied it was because "I was having a bad day". This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I called corporate Starbucks I hope Emily & Chris learn good customer service skills from district manager Cody & store manager Anita, they should be embarrassed of these two employees.

The only car in the drive through, and what appeared to be in the parking lot. It took 15 minutes to make an iced beverage and one latte.
Also a person working the window should attempt to make conversation, should they not???
